Returns

We accept returns on most non-personalised, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as oils, bath products, and incense) cannot be returned once opened.
How to start a return
Please email returns@thetriplemoon.store with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide the return address and full instructions.
Return shipping
As a small independent business, we’re unable to cover return postage unless an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
We truly appreciate your understanding — it helps us keep prices fair and our magic accessible to everyone ✨
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive your returned item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@thetriplemoon.store with your order number and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
